IIM Indore conducted a 10-day Senior Management Programme, an intensive residential course, at the Institute during March 9 – 18, 2015. It was designed, delivered and coordinated by Professor Prashant Salwan, Faculty, Strategic Management area, IIM Indore.
The Programme was attended by senior managers and executives holding responsible positions in various medium and large scale organizations (public and private). Representatives from Multinational Companies like Yum Brands, USA which have brands like Pizza Hut, Tokobell; German Multinational Company Guard Bizerba and Nepal NUBL participated in the Programme along with the representatives from numerous Indian Companies.
The Programme was aimed to enable the participants to appreciate the leadership challenges in today’s competitive environment and understand the role of leadership in transforming organizations.
