It is my privilege to be the programme coordinator for the seventh batch of the CCBMDO. Interaction with this set of talented, enthusiastic and vibrant individuals has been a challenging and enjoyable task.

With the aim of shaping officers of the defence services into Corporate warriors, the CCBMDO has provided a six month long intensive schedule, which encompasses virtually all aspects of business management. The course subjects and electives have been designed to provide an in depth exposure of the subject to the officers. This particular batch has revealed a special enthusiasm and willingness to learn and I am sure that they will carry this enthusiasm and vibrancy into whichever organization they join.

The core values, which the officers have imbibed by the years in the Armed Forces, remain deeply ingrained. Their skills have now been sharpened and they are well equipped to face the challenges of the outside world. I am positive that they will all make an impact and prove to be assets to their respective organizations.
