It is with immense pride that IIM Indore presents the seventh batch of armed forces officers who have successfully undergone the six-month fully residential 'Certificate Course in Business Management for Defence Officers'. A unique blend of military ethos and imbibed management concepts and analytical skills, the officers have metamorphosed into multifaceted leaders, capable of meeting today's corporate challenges.

The programme exposes them to all the basic functional skills of management through core courses and also provides sectoral/ domain exposure through a list of select electives, based on the feedback received from the Indian corporate.

The dynamic environment, coupled with the renewed call for inclusive growth has ushered in the need for greater social responsibility and ethical resurgence in business. The knowledge that these officers have acquired through the programme along with their innate discipline and dedication would therefore prove invaluable to any organisation.
