The CCBMDO placement committee will work with you to streamline placement processes for recruiters and participants. They will help schedule your visits for recruitment interviews. We recommend you plan your first round recruitment interviews after 30 March 2012 with the support of the placement committee.
Stages in placement process
1. Registration :
- Register as a partner recruiter at the Placement Office of IIM Indore via e-mail to ccbmdoplacom@iimidr.ac.in or at IIM Indore CCBMDO webpage
- The placement process at IIM Indore is bound by the rules framed by the Placement Office. A copy of the relevant placement rules is available on the webpage and also will be provided to Partner Recruiters soon after registration.
2. Invite applications:
- Shortlist candidates via organization specific forms or candidates' resumes.
3. Scheduling Process:
- Exact day and slot during the placement week for each partner recruiter is determined by placement committee through a formalized scheduling process.
- Scheduling process considers the preferences of the complete batch.
- Partner recruiters are at liberty to plan their visit to IIM Indore from 09 Apr 2012 as per their convenience.
4. Recruitment Process:
- Selection panels of Partner Recruiters conduct their process for shortlisted candidates.
- The Process can be conducted on campus or by using video / teleconferencing as per recruiters request.
5. Intimation of Offer Acceptances:
- Intimation of offer acceptance by the placement office, after participants have nade their final decisions based on applicable and agreed upon placement rules.
- Negotiations on compensation and other terms of employment should held in strict confidence between you and the candidate..
- However, recruiters need to keep the placement committee informed at the following stages to ensure that all recruiters are able to hire effectively and efficiently.
- When a preliminary offer is made
- When a final offer is made
- When a candidate accepts or rejects a final offer
