Guidelines for Submission of full Papers

1.

 Submitted papers must not have been previously presented or scheduled for presentation, published or accepted for publication. Papers should be typed on standard A4 pages using 12 point Times New Roman typeface or equivalent.

3.

The length of the manuscript should not exceed 12 pages, inclusive of tables, illustrations and references.

4.

All margins should be 2.54 cm (1�) and text should be single space with double space between paragraphs.

5.

To ensure an impartial refereeing process, there should be no author identification after the cover page, including in headers or footers. Please also ensure that any author identifying information is removed from the file properties.

6.

The cover page should include: Title of paper, Name of author(s), Employer/organisation, address (surface mail), telephone and fax numbers, email address, abstract (250 words approximately). The title should be bold-faced and centred in upper/lower case.

7.

Headings

a) Major headings should be aligned to the left-hand margin. Capitalise captions.
b) Subheadings should be set in italics, bold and aligned to the left-hand margin of the column on a separate line.

8.

Acknowledgements and information on grant received should be given before the references. Important formulae (displayed), figures and tables should be numbered consecutively throughout the manuscript.

9.

Figures and Tables should be sized to scale and labelled with a caption centred under the figure or table. It is preferable to have the figures and tables included in the text.

10.

 Number all tables and figures with Arabic numerals e.g. 1,2,3 in the order in which the tables are first mentioned in text.

11.

 The charts and graphs must be centred and title should be at the top.

12.

References should be listed in full at the end of the paper using the following standard form (APA Style format available at http://apastyle.apa.org/)
