Lead to Transform |
Leadership should be born out of the understanding of the needs of those who would be affected by it. |
~Marian Anderson |
To be an able commander is important, but to be able to positively transform everything around you is the first responsibility of a leader. Leaders are looked upon as pillars of strength, knowledge and beacons of inspiration and motivation. All of the great leaders have had one characteristic in common: it was the willingness to confront unequivocally the major anxiety of their people in their times. Through ãhvãn, one will get the chance to fully exploit one’s skills and to bring about the transformation that one thinks is currently needed. ãhvãn is the opportunity to be able to identify problems and transform them into opportunities. ãhvãn is about inspirational motivation to identify what needs to be done and to provide the impetus for all to move forward. ãhvãn is about the intellectual stimulation through which we questions underlying assumptions and build our own new world. ãhvãn is also about individual consideration, it is our revolution for something bigger and better. |
