Currenc-I aims to encourage students to extrapolate what they learn in the classroom to real life business news and problems. They organize a host of events which include simulation games, case analyses, crosswords, quizzes, and career preparation sessions. The industry interface group of Currenc-I prganizes guest lectures, seminars, and special talks.

Currenc-I also facilitates live projects from the industry and thus encourges students to gain some valuable hands-on experience even as they learn. Among the industry projects, the project ‘Analyzing Synergies from the Arcelor-Mittal Merger’ for Arcelor-Mittal Group, the world's largest steel producer, has been acclaimed as one of the best live projects among all B-Schools in India. The club also works with ShARE, an international community that concentrates on information and knowledge sharing on key sectors across international boundaries, on Analysis of Regional Economies in India.
