Humain-I, the HR club of IIM Indore is a newly formed and youngest club of the institute. The aim of the club is to promote HR discipline not only in the campus but also through out the nation. The focus of the club is to spread knowledge and encourage the learning opportunities in the field of HR for students, academicians and industry people. One of the main objectives is to make people understand that Human Relations has to be dealt with on a day to day basis and is always integrated with other disciplines. To fulfil the same, the club has various events round the year, in the form of Newsletters, Quizzes, Case Study Competitions, Guest Talks, Live Projects, and Facilitation for various workshops in the field of HR.

The Guest Talks are, mainly, intended for students, academicians, and various industry players. The talks would be headed by the eminent HR Leaders and Academicians as keynote speakers and would offer a wonderful platform for networking and knowledge sharing.

The club will conduct monthly quizzes that will be oriented towards the latest trends/developments in the domain of Human Resources (HR)/Organizational Behaviour (OB), and their application to make the world a better place to work.

The case study based competitions and other events would offer a wonderful opportunity for participants to apply their theoretical knowledge to find the solution of some mind boggling real world issues related with various aspects of HR & OB area. The club also intends to have events that would be conducted in collaboration with other clubs to drive home the idea that HR is an integrated part.

With the support and guidance of the experienced faculty, in OB/HR area, and its all-time emphasis on innovation and creativity, the club looks forward to create an impact not only within the institute but also for the whole community of esteemed B schools in India.
