Infinit-I, the Technology and Systems Club of IIM Indore was created with the two-fold mission of raising and enriching the IT awareness levels of the participants of IIM Indore, and interact ing with and building a strong synergistic relationship with the corporate sector through projects, consultancy work, seminars and guest lectures etc.

Infinit-I makes sure all participants are aware of the latest updates in the sector and get industry exposure and hands-on experience even while at IIM Indore. Also, given the wealth of IT experience that comes with a typical batch profile, it's only pertinent that the industry also gets to benefit from their experience, now complemented with the added knowledge of various sectors and the latest in management tools.

Internally, Infinit-I maintains a knowledge base of most major IT companies, supplementing them with industry analyses periodically. The club also organizes a host of events through the year, such as technology workshops, guest talks, simulation games and various other events. The club also publishes a student newsletter that caters to the information needs of students as well as piquing their grey cells with puzzles and competitions.

Given the strength of India's IT sector, quite a few industry leaders and corporate heads have made it here for guest lectures, seminars and special talks. Some of the well-known leaders include Mr. Sanjeev Bikhchandani, CEO of Info Edge Ltd (naukri.com); Vibhas Mehta of shaadi.com; Mr. Natarajan Radhakrishnan, VP of Cognizant Business Consulting; Rajesh Therani, VP of CapGemini; Manish Vij, Co Founder of Quasar Media; Vivek Bhargava, CEO of Communicate 2; Pavan Chandra, Executive VP of Zenith Optimedia, and Manish Agarwal, VP (Marketing)of Head eCommerce, Rediff.com.

CSI - IIMI Student Chapter:The CSI IIMI student chapter has been formed to develop the skills of its members both technically and personnaly by arranging a number of seminars, workshops, competitions and events. It endevours to increase the interaction between the student community and the corporate sector to facilitate better learning.
