भारतीय प्रबंध संस्थान इंदौर में दिनांक 30 मार्च, 2016 को राजभाषा हिंदी के प्रगामी प्रयोग को बढ़ावा देने तथा राजभाषा संबंधी अधिनियमों , नियमों एवं आदेशों के अनुपालन हेतु हिंदी कार्यशाला का आयोजन पुराने सभागार(आडिटोरिएम ) में किया गया। इस कार्यशाला में बड़ी संख्या में अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों ने भाग लिया । अथिति वक्ता के रुप में साहित्यकार हरेराम बाजपेयी तथा श्री लालमणि शुक्ल को आमंत्रित किया गया था।
इस अवसर पर गणमान्य अतिथि के रूप में संस्थान के मुख्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारी कर्नल के तम्मय्या उडुपा (सेवानिवृत्त), वरिष्ठ अधिकारी एवं अतिथि वक्ता श्री हरेराम बाजपेयी की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति प्रेरणादायी रही। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ सुश्री पुजा एवं निकिता के प्रार्थना गीत से प्रारंभ हुआ। राजभाषा अधिकारी श्री जयनाथ यादव ने अतिथियों एवं प्रतिभागियों का हार्दिक अभिनंदन एवं स्वागत करते हुए कार्यक्रम का संचालन किया। अतिथि वक्ताओं ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि राजभाषा में कार्य करना हमारा संवैधानिक दायित्व है तथा अपना अधिक से अधिक कार्य हिंदी भाषा के माध्यम से करने पर जोर देते हुए ऐसे कार्यक्रमों की उपयोपिता पर बल दिया। मुख्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारी महोदय ने सरल, सुबोध एवं आसान शब्दों का प्रयोग करने पर जोर देते हुए यह उदघाटित किया कि राजभाषा संबंधी आदेशों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करें। अतिथि वक्ताओं ने मुख्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारी का धन्यवाद करते हुए राजभाषा नीति, पत्राचार के विभिन्न रूपों जैसे कार्यालय टिप्पणी, परिपत्र, कार्यालय ज्ञापन, कार्यालय आदेश , पारिभाषिक शब्दावली एवं व्यावहारिक व्याकरणिक समस्याओं व उनका समाधान तथा राजभाषा नीति के प्रमुख बिन्दुओं पर चर्चा की। कार्यशाला बहुत ही उपयोगी एवं उदेश्यपूर्ण रही।कार्यक्रम का समापन अतिथियों एवं प्रतिभागियों को धन्यवाद ज्ञापित कर किया गया ।

With an objective of promoting the progressive use of Hindi as an official language and create awareness about the Official Language Act and amendments along with rules and regulations; a workshop was held at IIM Indore on March 30, 2016. Mr. Hare Ram Vajpai, renowned writer and Mr. Lalmani Shukla were the Guest Speakers for the workshop. The workshop revolved around better usage of Hindi as an official language and basic learning tips on grammar, noting and drafting.
The workshop began with the welcome speech by Mr. Jainath Yadav, Officer (Official Language).
This was followed by Mr. Vajpai’s talk, wherein he discussed various kinds of languages, including the difference between mother tongue, state language, official language and national language. He noted that it is the duty of every citizen to work in the official language. He discussed how Hindi evolved as a language during independence and now is one of the national languages of India.
Col. K.T. Udupa, Chief Administrative Officer, IIM Indore in his talk mentioned the importance of using Hindi as an official language and noted how using simple words in Hindi can be useful during communicating officially as well.
The guest speakers discussed about the salient features of language policy, circulars, office memoranda, official order, terminology and practical grammar problems along with their solutions.
The workshop was attended by the administrative staff of IIM Indore.
