The Rural Management Marketing Association of India (RMAI) and Ayurvet Limited conducted ‘The 10th Annual Ayurvet RMAI Awards for Best Summer Projects In Rural Marketing’ in August, 2016. The list of the top ten finalists of the event was declared on September 15, 2016. PGP student Jaikarthik R’s project ‘Development of Dr. Fixit Shoppe Concept (Tamil Nadu – Tier 2/3 Towns)’ and Abhinav Ryakala & Nehanjali Srinivasan’s project ‘Sales & Service network of Massey Ferguson Harvesters in South Indian Markets’ have made it to the Top 10 of the awards.
The objective of the event was to recognize rural initiatives in the academic domain, which have enhanced understanding of various phenomenon in the market place.
The competition for Jaikarthik, Abhinav & Nehanjali was fierce, as they competed among a whopping total of 210 rural based case studies from 42 premier institutes of India.
The award ceremony will be hosted by RMAI on September 24, 2016 at Hyatt Regency, Ahmedabad where the finalists’ presentations would be evaluated by an eminent panel of onsite jury followed by declaration of final winners.
