About Executive Education of IIM Indore
Executive Education has always been an essential constituent of the portfolio of offerings at IIM Indore. Training existing managers in their chosen domains is as important to the furtherance of management education as imparting it to the would-be managers. IIM Indore realizes this vital need of the economy and accordingly designs and offers a wide array of training programs on contemporary themes belonging to different functional areas of management.
Applications are invited for the position of Deputy General Manager for the Executive Education Office. The minimum qualification, experience and other general terms and conditions are given hereunder:

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development for Open MDPs/FDPs/GMPE and Customized Training.
- Assist the Associate Dean (Executive Education) for Proposal Drafting, Preparing Tender documents for training, and Participating in the Tender process.
- Build relationships with Learning & Development (L&D) professionals.
- Support the Associate Dean in developing an annual MDPs and Customized Training Program plan by providing inputs on the market requirement.
- Assessing training needs of the market; designing and developing appropriate training solutions in consultation with the faculty.
- Developing sector-specific database of prospective clients.
- Coordinating with Prospective Clients and Marketing Agencies.
- Should know how to use the latest digital marketing tools/applications
- Work in close coordination with the Associate Dean (Executive Education) and COA.
Qualification and Work Experience:
A degree from a reputed University with at least 12 years of experience. Should have knowledge about key management areas (Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Strategy, etc.). Should possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. The incumbent should be ready to travel across the country in case of need.
Age:
Below 45 years as of the date of application.
Desirable:
Good speaking and writing proficiency in English.
Salary & Allowances
The selected candidate will be deputed in IIM Indore on a fixed-term contract for a period of two years on a consolidated monthly pay package subject to satisfactory performance, which will be reviewed on an annual basis. Salary will not be a constraint for the deserving candidate. The selected candidate would be evaluated after three months of joining and would be able to complete first year in the Institute only if the performance is found satisfactory at the end of three months.
