Programme Overview.
The organizations are facing challenging business environment moderated by innovation, globalization, and market uncertainties. Our programme aims to offer knowledge and skills in the cross-functional areas and prepare the participants for these challenges.
This programme will allow the participants to learn the various aspects of the managerial domains that have bearing on the current business environment. The vital management functions such as Marketing, HR, Operations, Law, Finance, Strategy, Information Technology Systems and Quantitative Techniques will be covered in this programme. This programme will help the participant to become an excellent cross-functional manager that can align different business activities to achieve organizational goals.
Our experienced faculty will offer an unprecedented view of the management functions, the discussions and lectures will help the participants to understand multifaceted issues.
With this programme, we aim to provide the inputs required at workplace for performing managerial functions. It will enable the participants to lead, stimulate performance at different levels, and deliver higher value as a member in any organization.

Note: This is an indicative list of courses. Institute may change the courses from time to time to meet the demand of the Industry/Learners.
Programme Delivery
Courses will be delivered through on-line mode using an appropriate technology platform. Lectures will be delivered through broadband based technology involving two-way audio and video communication. Sessions will be held once in a week, generally on weekends. Participants can attend sessions from the studio located in his / her city. Participants will be provided reading materials etc. for each course. They may also interact with the concerned faculty through e-mails/ chat mode.
The academic sessions will start from August 2020. Sessions will be held on every Sunday.
The normal timing of the sessions will be as follows:
Sunday, First session : 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM
Sunday, Second session : 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM
Sunday, Third session : 12:00 Noon to 01:15 PM
The time gap between two consecutive sessions is to give the participants a break. On some days, the classes may extend beyond the mentioned time. In addition to attending interactive sessions, participants have to undertake online quizzes, assignments and examinations.
Attendance Criteria
Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. However, Participants may take leave on account of emergencies, participation in management festivals or co-curricular activities, etc., subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator. However, 75% minimum attendance requirement would be considered for the final grading.
Pedagogy
The programme offers an interactive learning experience with live virtual sessions. The pedagogy follows a judicious blend of methodologies that include Lectures Case Studies Real-life Examples Project Work Term Papers & Assignments.
Eligibility:
Graduate / Post Graduate from Universities recognized by Association of Indian Universities with minimum 50% marks in either graduation or post-graduation (or its equivalent) with at least two years of post-graduate work experience..programme.
Assessment & Certification
Performance of participants will be monitored on a continuous evaluation basis through quizzes, assignments, tests and examinations. The participant is required to score minimum marks/grades as decided by the Institute from time to time to complete the course.
