This program provides an overview of the customer relationship management in business-to-business marketing right from pre-selling to post-selling stages.
The objective of this course is to introduce the participants with the importance of managing and maintaining buyer-seller relationship in business-to-business marketing at different stages. The customer relationship starts from the pre-selling stage and needs enough nurturing at every stage including post-selling stage.
