Entry to middle-level HR managers handling HR processes and functions in the organization.
A blend of hands-on (minimum 50%) practice and theoretical build-up. The focus will be on learning through doing with the help of data and case studies. MS Excel will be used for primary analysis purposes. Beyond that, the course will rely upon other software (intimation will be sent to the participants to download the free version). The entire programme will be delivered by HRM faculty.
