In the 21st century, business enterprises are viewed as public institutions meant to serve interests of various stakeholders. This programme is an attempt to sensitize the participants about the importance of values and ethics in creating ideal governance environment, and therefore, to make a business case for ‘values – first and ethics – first’, leading to good corporate governance practices. Decision-making becomes easier when corporate values and ethics are clear and this programme is an attempt in that direction.
