Businesses and business leaders around the world are waking up to the presence of extremely difficult situations, which they term as “the WICKEDPROBLEM”. A wicked problem is a problem that is difficult or impossible to solve because of incomplete, contradictory, and changing requirements that are often difficult to recognize. Coupled with complex interdependencies, effort to solve one aspect of the problem reveal or create a new one. The term wicked denotes resistance to resolution rather than evil. The increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment has significantly contributed to the ever increasing manifestation of wicked problem.
Through an intensive 3 day programme, the participants, shall be sensitized on the nature and manifestation of the wicked problem and ways and means to contain the contagion effect on the organization and the individual.
The programme is divided into 2 major modules. The first module introduces the participants to the different forms of problems and their distinction from a wicked problem. Typically it shall deal with:
