The third day began with a workshop on ‘Pedagogy in management’, by Professor Kamal Kishore Jain, Faculty, IIM Indore. He started his talk encouraging the academicians to fall in love with learning. He said, ‘If you can fall in love with learning, may be learning would also fall in love with you. For this, you need to follow the three essential principals and understand that each learner is different, not to overload yourself and always make the things simple as simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.’ He also discussed about the business schools and said that the schools should aim at developing life time learners, multi skilling, are highly adaptable and have a creative strategy.
