भारतीय प्रबंध संस्थान इंदौर में दिनांक 29 दिसम्बर, 2016 को राजभाषा हिंदी के प्रगामी प्रयोग को बढ़ावा देने तथा राजभाषा संबंधी अधिनियमों , नियमों एवं आदेशों के अनुपालन हेतु हिंदी कार्यशाला का आयोजन पुराने सभागार (आडिटोरिएम ) में किया गया। इस कार्यशाला में बड़ी संख्या में अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों ने भाग लिया । अथिति वक्ता के रुप में कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम इंदौर से सहायक निदेशक(राजभाषा), श्री राकेश शर्मा को आमंत्रित किया गया था।
इस अवसर पर गणमान्य अतिथि के रूप में संस्थान के मुख्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारी कर्नल के तम्मय्या उडुपा (सेवानिवृत्त) एवं अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति प्रेरणादायी रही। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ श्रीमती (डॉ.) मृदुला सिन्हा, माननीय राज्यपाल, गोवा द्वारा रचित राष्ट्रीय स्वर की गीत “ हिंदी भारत मॉ की बिंदी “ से हुआ। राजभाषा अधिकारी श्री जयनाथ यादव ने अतिथियों एवं प्रतिभागियों का हार्दिक अभिनंदन एवं स्वागत करते हुए कार्यक्रम का संचालन किया। अपने उद्बोधन में मुख्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारी ने कहा कि राजभाषा में कार्य करना हमारा संवैधानिक दायित्व है और इसका पालन करना हमारा कर्तव्य।
अतिथि वक्ता ने मुख्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारी का धन्यवाद करते हुए “मानक हिंदी वर्तनी एवं व्याकरण तथा उसका प्रशासनिक कार्यों में प्रयोग “, राजभाषा नीति, पत्राचार के विभिन्न रूपों जैसे कार्यालय टिप्पणी, परिपत्र, कार्यालय ज्ञापन, कार्यालय आदेश , पारिभाषिक शब्दावली एवं व्यावहारिक व्याकरणिक समस्याओं व उनका समाधान तथा राजभाषा नीति के प्रमुख बिन्दुओं पर चर्चा की। कार्यशाला बहुत ही उपयोगी एवं उदेश्यपूर्ण रही। कार्यक्रम का समापन अतिथि वक्ता एवं प्रतिभागियों को धन्यवाद ज्ञापित कर किया गया ।
With an objective to promote the use of the national language—Hindi, a ‘Hindi Workshop’ was conducted at IIM Indore on December 29, 2016. The workshop focussed on the nuances of grammar and the usages. Mr. Rakesh Sharma, Assistant Director at ESIC, Indore was the Guest Speaker for the occasion.
The event began with a rendition of Dr. Mridula Sinha’s song ‘Hindi Bharat Maa ki Bindi’. Mr. Jaynath Yadav, Hindi Officer, IIM Indore then welcomed the guests. In his welcome address, Mr. Yadav emphasized the importance of the Hindi language. He said that it is our duty as the citizens of this country to embrace the language and conduct our workings in our language.
This was followed by a talk by Mr. Sharma. He spoke about Standard Hindi Spelling & Grammar and its use in Administrative Work. He also discussed about use of communication in administrative tasks on a daily basis and problems in practical uses of the Hindi language, and how these can be overcome.
Col. K.T. Udupa, CAO, IIM Indore was also present on the occasion. The workshop was well attended by the students, staff and faculty of the Institute.
