Utkarsha, the social fest at IIM Indore, in association with the IPM social committee conducted a visit to Aastha vridhashram on November 11, 2015. This visit is the initiation of the city-wide events planned out by Utkarsha to bring about substantial social change in Indore. The 
team celebrated Diwali along with the residents by distributing sweets, interacting with them and conducting recreational activities. Also, essential commodities were delivered to the Ashram. ‘The experience has been a great one and we look forward to many more such interactions’, said the coordinators on the visit. The residents were delighted and have invited the team for many more visits.
