A Business Model Workshop was conducted at IIM Indore on November 17, 2015 as a part of Utkarsha, the social fest of the Institute. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Shubho Broto Das, Manager, Startup Services, Ennovent India.
Mr. Das in his interactive lecture discussed about the basics of filling out a business model workshop. While sharing his ideas and listening to participants ideas, he also created a practical bent to the ideas that many students have for start-ups. Mr. Das also discussed various case studies and shared his opinion about the challenges many start-ups faced initially.
The session was followed by a Q&A session. With around 100 participants including students and staff from the institute, the workshop was a successful attempt at encouraging entrepreneurship at IIM Indore.
