IIM Indore witnessed a joyful presence of around 80 students from Maharashtra Education Society’s Garware College of Commerce (MESGCC), Pune on January 22, 2020. The students from the second year of BBA International Business visited the Institute to know about the programmes offered, the infrastructure facilities available and understand the campus life of one of the top B-Schools in India. The students were accompanied by 6 staff members of the college.
The group got a chance to visit the library, where Mr. Appasaheb Naikal, Librarian explained the functions of the library and the services provided by the library for research purposes. They then visited the hostels, the sports complex, gymnasiums and the spiritual garden as well. Ms. Nitika Musale gave a brief presentation about the Institute and the programmes offered by the Institute. She discussed in detail about the Post Graduate Programme and the Fellow Programme in Management. The group was also screened a movie on the alumni of IIM Indore.
The visit concluded with a group photograph in the amphitheatre where the students also got a chance to interact with Col .Gururaj Gopinath Pamidi (Retd.), CAO, IIM Indore.
The group left the campus with happy memories and thanked the Institute staff for the warm hospitality.
