आवेदन की फाइलिंग
- जानकारी पाने वाला व्यक्ति संलग्न परिशिष्ट ‘A’ के अनुसार माँगी गई जानकारी के विवरण के साथ हमें लिखित रूप से आवेदन भेज सकता है या ईमेल कर सकता है |
- निर्धारित शुल्क के साथ आवेदन लोक सूचना अधिकारी ( पी आई ओ), भारतीय प्रबंध संसथान इंदौर, प्रबंध शिखर, राऊ-पीथमपुर रोड, इंदौर – 453556 मध्यप्रदेश को दिया जा सकत़ा है |
- यदि अनुरोध ईमेल द्वारा किया गया है, उस स्थिति में शुल्क सात दिनों के अन्दर जमा कराना चाहिए और इसकी सूचना लोक सूचना अधिकारी ( पी आई ओ) दी जानी चाहिए| शुल्क का भुगतान न किए जाने पर यह माना जेएगा कि अनुरोध वापस लिया गया है |
- वैकल्पिक रूप से आरटीआई आवेदन भारत सरकार के आरटीआई ऑनलाइन पोर्टल के जरिए भी दायर किया जा सकता है https://rtionline.gov.in/
शुल्क का भुगतान
- आवेदन शुल्क के रूप में नामित रु. 10 / – की राशि देय होगी |
- धारा 7 के तहत जानकारी के लिए अतिरिक्त शुल्क का निम्नानुसार भुगतान करना होगा:
- रु. 2/- प्रति पेज (ए4 या ए5)|
- वास्तविक लागत (ए4 या ए5 से बड़े आकार के लिए).
- यदि मुद्रित सामग्री हो तो
- प्रकाशन की कीमत, या
- फोटो प्रति के मामले में रु. 2/- प्रति पेज |
- वास्तविक लागत नमूनों और मॉडल के लिए |
- यदि माँगी गई जानकारी डिस्क या फ्लॉपी में है तो रु. 50/- प्रति फ्लॉपी/डिस्क
- निरीक्षण का रिकॉर्ड–
- पहले घंटे के लिए कोई शुल्क नहीं |
- रु. 5/- प्रति 15 मिनट (या उसके भाग के लिए).
- कोई शुल्क नहीं यदि –
- आवेदनकर्ता गरीबी रेखा के नीचे जीवन यापन कर रहा है |
- सी पी आई ओ 30 दिनों के अन्दर सूचना उपलब्ध कराने में विफल होता है |
- शुल्क का भुगतान नकद / डिमांड ड्राफ्ट / बैंकर्स चेक द्वारा आई आई एम इंदौर के पक्ष में देय होगा |
अनुरोध का निपटान
- आरटीआई नियमों के अनुसार संस्थान जल्द से जल्द जानकारी प्रदान करने का प्रयास करेगा।
- अनुरोधकर्ता को अतिरिक्त शुल्क (यदि कोई हो तो) के विषय में सूचित कर दिया जाएगा | जवाब के लिए निर्दिष्ट 30 दिनों के समय में मध्यस्थता अवधि शामिल नहीं होगी |

FILING OF APPLICATION
- A person seeking information may file an application on form attached as Appendix ‘A’ either in writing or by e-mail giving particulars of the information being sought.
- The application along with the requisite fee can be given to the Public Information Officer (PIO), Indian Institute of Management Indore, Prabandh Shikhar, Rau-Pithampur Road, Indore – 453556, Madhya Pradesh
- In case request is made by e-mail, the fee should be deposited within seven days and should be intimated to the PIO. Non-receipt of fee will imply withdrawal of request.
- Alternatively the RTI application can also be filed through the RTI Online portal of Government of India. https://rtionline.gov.in/
PAYMENT OF FEE
- A nominal fee of Rs.10/- will be charged as application fee.
- For information under Section 7, additional fee will be payable as under –
- Rs. 2/- per page (A4 or A5).
- Actual cost (for sizes bigger than A4 or A5).
- In case of printed material –
- Price of publication, or
- Rs 2 per page in case of photocopies.
- Actual cost for samples and models.
- In case information is needed on disk or floppy – Rs 50/- per disk/floppy.
- Inspection of records –
- No fee for first hour.
- Rs 5/- per 15 minutes (or part thereof).
- No fee, if the –
- Requisitioner is below poverty line.
- CPIO has failed to reply within 30 days.
- The fee is payable in cash/ demand draft/ banker’s cheque favouring Indian Institute of Management Indore.
DISPOSAL OF REQUEST
- The Institute will make an endeavor to provide the information at the earliest as per the RTI rules.
- The requester will be informed about the additional fee (if any). The intervening period will not be included in the 30 days time specified for the reply.
