Around 600 students from 22 schools of Sonkachh visited IIM Indore on January 06, 2020. The objective of the visit was to provide an opportunity to the students to witness the state-of-the-art classrooms, infrastructure, create awareness about the academic courses offered by the Institute and encourage them to set higher goals in life.
The students were enthusiastic visiting the campus. They visited the Library, Sports Complex, Classrooms, Gymnasium and Swimming Pool. They also interacted with Col. Gururaj Gopinath Pamidi (Retd), CAO, IIM Indore. He encouraged the students to remain positive about everything they do. ‘You might have various setbacks in life, you may disqualify a competition, or get a low score in exams at times, but you should always work hard and stay focused to achieve your goal’, he said. He also shared the details of the Five Year Integrated Programme in Management with the students and wished them good luck for future endeavours. The students then had a Q&A session wherein they asked questions about studying at IIM Indore and campus life.
The visit was coordinated by Mr. Gopal Singh Jadon, Mr. Abhinav Parmar, Mr. Raja Parmar, Mr. Pankaj Kode, Mr. Harishankar Chahar, Mr. Onkar Nath Sharma, Ms. Anamika Sisodia and Ms. Akanksha Ojha from the administrative staff of the Institute.
