Students from the First Year Post Graduate Course in Management from Govind Guru Tribal University, Banswara, Rajasthan visited IIM Indore on February 26, 2019. This visit – a part of their study tour of the Institutes of national repute, helped them appraise and learn about the courses being offered, infrastructure set up and the facilities available on the verdant Campus.
Led by Dr. Mukesh Prajapat, the students were shown the academic block and the Learning Centre, as most interesting among other premises on the Campus. He informed, ‘Though our students are taught in vernacular language, such visits to Institutions of repute help open their vistas of knowledge and aspirations.’
Colonel Gururaj Gopinath Pamidi (Retired), Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), IIM Indore interacted with the participants and briefed them about the Institute in details. He said, ‘IIM Indore excels in Management Education and encourages such educational visits to its Campus and is ready to discharge its duties as a fount of knowledge for all who pursue.’
Eager students enquired about the various courses being offered, admission criteria etc., which were suitably answered. He also spoke about the various initiatives taken up by the Institute along with recent CSR activities held at the Campus.
